Outstanding Student Activist

The Paul Ambrose Outstanding Student Activist Award, to whose memory this award is dedicated, was one of AMSA’s most prominent and accomplished national leaders. As AMSA’s Legislative Affairs Director in 1995, Paul created the AMSA Political Leadership Institute, advancing health policy and advocacy education for medical students.
