Cancellation
All cancellation requests* must be submitted in writing via email to events@amsa.org by March 21, 2025, for consideration. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations are subject to a processing fee of up to 7% of the undiscounted registration rate. If you would like to transfer your registration to another person to attend this event, please email events@amsa.org to allow facilitation of the new registration. In the event that AMSA should need to cancel an event or shift the date/location of an event for any reason, all paid registrants will have the option of receiving a full refund or applying registration fees to a future event. All refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. AMSA is not responsible for any transportation (airfare, train, taxi, etc.), lodging, or other costs incurred by attendees.

Visa Denials
To obtain a full refund due to visa denial, the documentation must be provided within 3 business days of the denial. No refunds will be granted after the March 21, 2025, deadline, regardless of visa denial status. Additional fees may apply due to international transfer fees.
*Ticketed events, certificates, and donations are non-refundable.
