Out for Blood: Addressing the Nation’s Blood Shortage

After the Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando, citizens lined the streets to donate blood. But in the absence of crisis situations, our national blood supply remains dangerously low. How can med students help address this shortage? This session will be led by a physician and med student, both dedicated to this issue, and give you the opportunity to explore ways for you to make a difference.
